Is there a fee for planning my experience?
Fees, if applicable, depend on the scope and complexity of your request. We will discuss any planning or service fee before work that incurs that fee begins.
Can you access preferred hotel rates and added perks?
Depending on the property and eligible booking rate, options can include preferred pricing, breakfast, hotel credits, room upgrade consideration, and flexible arrival or departure benefits. Every perk is property- and rate-specific and subject to confirmation.
Can I earn hotel points on a booking arranged for me?
Sometimes. Points, elite-night credits, and status recognition depend on the hotel's loyalty rules, booking channel, and rate type. We can help you compare options, but cannot guarantee loyalty earnings.
Can you help me use points or miles for travel?
We can discuss redemption strategies and compare cash and points options where practical. Award availability, transfer partners, fees, and redemption eligibility are determined by each loyalty program. You retain control of your accounts—please never share account passwords.
Are chauffeur and airport transfers available?
Private drivers, chauffeur service, and airport transfers can be requested as part of your experience. Whether service is included or separately priced depends on your destination, supplier, package and chosen rate.
How will I access my itinerary while traveling?
If your advisor shares a compatible Fora itinerary, you may access it in the free Fora Traveler app. The app can save your trip for offline reference, and it does not require an account. You can also request an alternate itinerary format.
What happens if I need to change or cancel a reservation?
We'll help you review the options for arrangements booked through us. Changes, refunds and cancellation penalties follow the applicable airline, hotel, cruise or supplier terms; additional charges may apply.
How early should I start planning?
Earlier is better for popular dates, distinctive properties, international group travel, and special experiences. We can also review shorter-notice requests, with options subject to availability.
